[MAC G5) MAc G5 não arranca

Boas.
Preciso de ajuda, pessoal.
Tenho um Power Mac G5 dp 1.8 GHz, 3 Gb Ram, o raio da máquina nao arranca.
Antes de chegar ao pedido de login e password, o ecra fica todo cinzento e dá me a mensagem "Panic, we are hanging here".
nem sequer consigo arrancar de cd para formtar/ recuparar o sistema.

kernel panic?
hum... faz algum dong?

podera ser disco que foi ao ar...
tenta instalar o OSX noutro disco, mete o dvd e carrega na tecla C ate aparecer o menu de instalacao

ok, vou tentar. tenho de comprar um disco e experimentar.
Se for um disco externo dá para arrancar na mesma?

por firewire da, em modo target, que deveras pressionar a tecla T por cada vez que arranques o g5
portanto era mais aconselhavel optares pelo disco interno que e on-the-fly =)
