ok ja sei como meto a frame agora gostava de saber como altero as dimensoes da frame...

tipo eu tou a tentar fazer um site em html e queria inserir uma frame como fiz no primeiro post mas não sabia kual era o codigo que tinha de usar para inserir a frame em html.. já sei inserir agora preciso de saber dimensionala... não sei se me estou a fazer entender   :roll:

HTML é super simples. É quase " o que queres, escreves". Se usares por exemplo o dreamweaver para o código torna-se ainda mais simples de fazer e aprender.

Vai a w3schools.com e vê o que eles lá têm sobre html.
