Problema com iPhone

Ola a todos.

Tenho um problema com o meu novo iPhone que acabei de comprar. Assim que cheguei a casa liguei-o ao itunes para activar.
Tudo bem ate aqui, reparei então que havia um update para fazer. cliquei para fazer o update desde ai o iphone desligou-se voltou a ligar cm a maça no ecrã e aquela normal rodinha em baixo do género de uma ampulheta e não passou mais dai. deu um erro no itunes. não fez update, desliguei o iphone do pc mas continua na mesma e não sai daqui.
E possível fazer um restart ao iphone ou um reset? algo do genero?
Todas as ajudas são bem vindas.

Basta carregares no Sleep e no butão Home ao mesmo tempo durante um bocado. Depois isso faz um reset.

Obrigado. por agora esta tudo resolvido. vamos ver se não surge mais nenhum problema.
