Também podias escrever de forma mais legível,não?
Para instalar um tema não tem nada que saber.Tanto podes clicar duas vezes nele (que se tiveres feito uma instalação completa é logo reconhecido como ficheiro de tema do litestep), como podes ir a Litestep-change theme->install theme (basta carregar com o direito no desktop)
