É um livro feito exclusivamente para medicos militares norte-americanos como tal não ha traduçoes.
Não tem imagens apenas texto, tem coisas acerca de anatomia e patologia, se não estão na area vão ter muitas dificuldades a entender a maioria das coisas. Outro ponto aquilo foi passado a scanner e a nivel de qualidade não ta grande coisa :S
